The importance of such a service center is more highlighted when one considers the fact that out of the 2300 buses entring the bus station, 1500 are either Mercedes Benz or have Mercedes - Benz engine. Besides the service facilities, its 2.670 square meters of area include a sales and customer relations office, a drivers training school, a lubricants depot, expendable spare parts warehouse and an energy plant. The workshop is able to provide service to 12 buses at the same time which adds up to servicing of 25 buses per day in one shift and 50 buses per day in two shifts. The ease of access by buses result in minimum loss of time and consequently minumum delays in bus schedules.
